I've had dozens of pets in our units and they have done less damage than bratty kids, and you can't charge extra for Rugrats!

I didn't factor in the extra money for selling costs of 1.5%, so I will go back and make that adjustment to my calculator.

I prefer someone who is knowledgeable about mandatory state/city/county clauses and has a lot of experience with evictions.Currently I have two properties in Victorville and Hesperia with month to month tenants that I inherited.

balance is 150k  will pay them off in 8 years with an interest rate of 6.5%, my monthly payment is $1003.97 I have a 120k available and Im thinking of asking the seller if he will take the 120k, it will save me an extra 30k plus all the interest.

Discovery that the tenants have moved out months prior and the property has now been vandalized multiple times, even burnt down with no one's knowledge.
