Real Estate Attorney Needed San Bernardino County

Hi Everyone! I am in need of a Real Estate Attorney who can help with looking over a current lease I have and help me develop a better one. I prefer someone who is knowledgeable about mandatory state/city/county clauses and has a lot of experience with evictions.

Currently I have two properties in Victorville and Hesperia with month to month tenants that I inherited.  I am looking to renew the leases and increase the rents to market value. I want to make sure I am doing it correctly and want to have a strong lease in place.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
