Hello, Please don’t hammer me to bad for my lack of knowledge for what I am about to do.

You are doing it the right way IMO - slowly and methodically.I think true investing involves a lot of legwork and knowledge.

I ask questions about the topic & then I let them know what I use to get the knowledge.

I'm sure you'll be a great asset to everyone with all of your knowledge and experience.

At the same time, with all due respect, you need to be knowledgeable too.

With the right tools and knowledge, finding and negotiating the sale of a home is almost as easy as it can get.

I love coming on here and doing that myself and appreciate the knowledge and help on here.

Then take this knowledge and your savings and go find an investment you can turn to double your money.
