We Hit the Nail on the Head!
Time Magazine dubbed him "the best-selling Realtor in America". He is an award-winning and internationally recognized Realtor and speaker, who has closed on over 10,000 real estate transactions in a 30-year career. Ralph Roberts, real estate mogul and entreprenuer, will be speaking for one night at the REIA of Macomb's second monthly meeting on February 22nd, 2007. This is a huge opportunity for all of us, as Ralph has shared the stage with the likes of Hall of Fame NFL quarterback Joe Montana, General Norman Schwarzkopf, and Rich Dad author Robert Kiyosaki. Ralph will be sharing secrets on how to make huge profits in the current Michigan market, along with his usual repertoire of wisdom he has attained through his illustrious real estate career.
The State of the Market
In this market we are faced with a veritable clearance sale on housing. Now is the time to buy! With the right tools and knowledge, finding and negotiating the sale of a home is almost as easy as it can get. Current market conditions allow for many different exit strategies. You could buy and hold until properties appreciate, fix and flip, or buy and sell via lease option. Many news sources and naysayers believe that this is an impossible situation, but through our own personal experience we have seen that this is a time of opportunity if you have the right means. To learn and network with those that are making things happen in this market every day, join the REIA of Macomb, and start making things happen!
