@thomas HickeyIf you have your documentation in order like drivers license, bank statements and tax returns showing the property as your primary residence, it will go through.

In Oregon where I wholesale the only way I would be breaking the law was if I dishonestly represented myself as a licensed real estate broker/professional and I can assure you that not only do I not do this, I make all of my sellers sign a document stating that I am only representing myself as a REI and that I have never been a licensed realtor in this state or any other state.

Want us to handle maintenance and be on call and make sure you don't get screwed on repairs, hold tenants accountable for damage they cause, document with photos the work being performed, warranty and stand behind the vendor who was hired?

I'm assuming they sent over an addendum to the contract, these documents are always extremely seller friendly, and pretty much say the bank can do what it wants and has no liability for anything.
