(All have same addresses on drivers licenses/Identification)They have decided that the lease will be in 2 of the 3 of their names because the 3rd woman has past eviction in 2010 (7 years ago) so she will be an occupant but not on the lease and she has past traffic/criminal record (not sure if it is DWI or something else report doesn't specify) but she will not be on lease but probably indirectly paying rent to other women as she will be an occupant).Woman #1- qualifies income wise by herself 3x's the rent but has a ton of outstanding student loans and bad credit rated 515.

My point is that if you make false statements, especially a promise of money, to induce someone to provide information over the phone, you would potentially be exposing yourself to criminal and civil process (if not liability).

You need to check with a local attorney because the laws in your state may differ from ours.In general,contractors are not usually legally responsible for theft that occurs on your property unless you can prove legally negligent behavior on the contractors part.You should read the contract you signed to see if they have a limited liability clause,if any.

The 19 year old says that his account is locked out and the system says he has no credit history to go to next step as he has no credit card. ( He is been living with parents and friends so far) The property manager called his employer and he is clear there and I did a a state public criminal record search and nothing found.
