So my suggestion would be to call a couple referred masons in your area and have them look at the problem and give their suggested solutions.

I’m not naive, but this just seemed like a blatant bait and switch.To be fair, I have bought a couple of other courses from Rob in the past and found them to be good (Probate and Handwritten Postcards), but the advertising for this webinar was just so misrepresentative I felt other investors should know about it.

As people might figure, real estate is expensive here to say the least, so I was looking to get some opinions on if I did want to try my hand in the business to try in LA where I'm unsure if it would be difficult to find cash buyers yet or try to do some wholesaling deals further out where it's a bit more affordable and probably easier to assign a contract.

Looks like recent national FTHB age trends have risen sharply from 33 to 36 in just a couple years.Another sharp difference is % of buyers being first-time.   2010 = 50%,  2022 = 26%.
