I know a couple of you mentioned networking and how important it is to interact with other people in the field, I take that advice to heart and want to put it to action.

And most likely  there will be at some point some up sell to something that cost money.. no one does these things out of the goodness of their heart myself included  LOLI have seen others that troll Bp  and just send in 500.00 and you will have access to their 2,000 private investors.. just scammers really

Out of state investing is not for the faint of heart, without good systems in place flips can go south fast.
