We refinished the floors, completely redid the kitchen, painted, replaced vanities, toilets, sprayed the tile in the bathrooms with enamel paint, replaced sliding glass doors, HVAC, interior doors, and regrouted and coated the sunroom brick floor, repainted the siding on the exterior, and had some minor landscaping done.

I have no experience in wholesaling, but have worked in a home office environment many times in my life.I have to work by a schedule, I have to be dressed and "in the office" (note dressed doesn't mean a coat and tie, but showered/shaved and ready to go to work) at a certain time (usually for me its 8:30).

@Javier Cuevas SantosUnfortunately Stessa is not even in the minor league compared to QB.I tried Stessa and found it not at all user-friendly.But that was a year or 2 ago when they were just launching.They may have upped their game now.If you can get by with excel,that’s fine.But when you need an accounting software,cut the chase and go to QB.Anything else is penny wise in my opinion.

Fuses aren't so good with tenants, because they are prone to do things like put in too large a fuse or a penny if they keep overloading the circuit.If I ever upgrade the box, I have the electrician run me a couple of new circuits to the kitchen.
