When we cut the cord and took over managing on our own, I actually got a lot of good info out of this book from some Bigger Pockets folks (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018W8HSP6) - lots of good, practical advice on what it takes to manage properties, organizational systems that work, advice on lease content, even down to how to file your paperwork efficiently - definitely worth reading if you want to mange yourself, even with a single property. 

Most lenders are content to just keep raking in 5-20% interest as long as you want to pay it.

While the mobile app was not perfect, it was much easier to engage, post, and digest content on mobile.Is BP planning to bring it back?

@Robert Mundras check out Max Maxwell on youtube....he is a rockstar wholsesaler here in NC, and he is not a guru selling a $5000 training course, he is the real deal and he gives a ton of information and content away for free.

I am an introvert as well, but have been putting out a lot of content consistently over the past year.

In addition to the human handwriting vs. computer generated handwriting, take a look at the envelope style, the letter quality, the content on the letter, etc.  

I think i have listened to 150 or so Bigger Pockets Podcasts and love the content and positive vibes.
