Hi all,

My name is Phil I have been a lurker for almost five years but finally sitting down to make my first post. I think i have listened to 150 or so Bigger Pockets Podcasts and love the content and positive vibes.   I am originally from Michigan, but moved to Los Angeles 10 years ago and loving the CA Life.  My goal is to become a full time real estate investor and have fun with life.

Currently I own an SFR Rental in Royal Oak Michigan, a Triplex in Inglewood CA, and a 3Bed Condo in Waipahu Hawaii. All purchases made with a investment partner and yes totally random..haha.

I do most of my own work and love to get my hands dirty.  from replacing flooring, to repairing floor joists I've done just about everything you can think of in an basic home renovation.  If anyone loves timelapse videos of DIY renos like i do, i try to document my work on youtube as well via my Channel "ThinkMakeDo".

This is the apartment Unit in my 1950s Inglewood Triplex.

I most recently started work on a SFR Fix n Flip in Monterey Park CA. I am more of a BRRR kind of guy so this will be my first fix n flip with a new investor and my first time not doing a lot of the work.

Anyways, happy to be a part of this massive forum and contribute to the community.

Cheers,

-Phil
