Since I will be relocating and have not had employment in the US for almost a year, I am concerned about finding financing.

My concern is the other units are often vacant which will hurt the association.What is a good price for the unit considering the risk of other unit vacancy?

Hello experts out there,I just got the inspection report, and wondering if there are things I need to be concerned about?

I'm looking at replacing the gas heater with a newer Rinnai heater for the safety concern of using half a dozen space heaters.

The work consisted of house rehabs and lots of landscaping, so we have a long history of this type of work together, and it has always been great.I've got J Scott's "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" and have begun reading.The main concern here is that all of this is done as professionally and safely as possible, protecting both of us.

I've NEVER spoke to my tenants directly, my property manager speaks to them and comes back to me asking questions about their concerns/complaints...

The mold is a healthcare issue and you need to prove that you have been concerned about your tenants' health, especially during the current pandemic.

Depending what your looking for you can also look in the surrounding cities(South Ogden, Riverdale, Washington Terrace, Roy, North Ogden etc) are great as well.In the Ogden area you have Weber State University, Hill Air Force Base, and a lot of jobs which keeps rental prices high and in demand.I’m happy to share what I know and discuss any questions concerns you may have!
