The other component to this is not that you’re chasing $400/month...you’re chasing that times however many properties you can get your hands on.

Of course when a component of what property is worth to us is what it might be worth to another buyer in the future, it gets more interesting doesn't it?

GSuite has a CRM component too if you are using gmail. 

It was discovered that somebody was highly pi$$ed - likely from not getting paid - and cut every single wire in the house, in the basement and even where power comes in from the power company!!
