Wholesaling can indeed offer valuable leads, but it's a competitive space where the best deals are often closely guarded.

The seller CAN still offer to pay some or all of the buyer's commission fees or other closing costs, but it is not mandatory... that is the seller's choice.

The thought came to mind to ask this question because I've had my personal washing machine and dishwasher both have problems about 2 weeks ago, and I have successfully fixed the washer with a $35 part from Amazon (after watching a few youtube videos), and the part for the dishwasher has still to come in.

It is close (5 min walk) but often crowded.

With the VA loan I paid zero down and my agent negotiated for only $700 of the closing costs.

What is recommended in this case, take higher interest and try to lower closing costs?
