There is the Joshua National Forest as well as historical eateries...very quaint town with a lot of character.

If you occupy 50% or more of the property with your business then SBA should look at possibly doing a loan.Take a trip to your local bank you already have deposits with the to discuss. 

The hardest part is training myself to start the tracker before I leave on a business related trip.

@Aaron Phillips it's not the hard really, just make sure you judge character of your cash buyer accurately.

For people that commute to Bergen and Passaic by car every day, being up there cuts out half the trip from where I was downtown.

But I would assume they would still be willing to make a trip to the property for me, if they really want my business.

My parents live in Prineville so a trip over the mountains for a meetup would be great.

I understand some of these things are very minor, and I also want to know where should be the line drawn for me to constantly make a trip out there to satisfy my tenant?
