Landlord's responsibilities to tenant

Hi all, new to biggerpockets. I have a question for all the landlords out there.  We recently purchased a home and we rented out.  We screened the tenant and he seems fine and all.  However, after he moved in, he's asking us to make all sorts of repair or corrections to the house.  I've already corrected some defects of the house and I want to know where should I draw the line on fixing this or correcting that?  All the necessities work, plumbing, heating, cooling.  Some of the example of things he's asking me are:

1). knob on the stove

2). Kitchen cabinet lock
3). door knob loose
4). Shower door not latching
5). Garage remote (1 works, other need to be reprogrammed)
6). Fans making noise
7). No air filter for A/C.

8).curtain blind adjustment stick missing
9). Patio door knob loose.

I understand some of these things are very minor, and I also want to know where should be the line drawn for me to constantly make a trip out there to satisfy my tenant?

Thanks for any inputs.
