City came out and made me tear open walls and ceilings for an inspection..... turned out the footer boards weren't anchored to the slab properly for a full room with full tile roof etc and all that weight....ok for an enclosed patio....but not a full enclosed room....had to dig around entire foundation....drill through footer and do anchor bolts and poor new perimeter foundation......
Angela S. Title company to remove old lien info from prelim report?

Fast forward to 2018, the title company gives us a prelim tile report with lien from 2002 on it, but current owners say they were never notified of lien.
