But flooring could be up to 3 different people, if you are doing a combination of carpet, tile and hardwoods.  

Hello i have been a general contractor for thirteen years I started out in the trades (Framing, tile install, cabinets, decks, fences) and moved on to building houses from ground up and finally for the last seven years as a commercial General Contractor.

We have Newly refinished hardwood floors (About 1500 sqft worth) /our Lower Level is Carpet and tile.

Do you have 8 x 8 floor tiles, wood windows, did they use chinese drywall in your area.

One girl even let some sort of cleaning chemicals spill on the floor, where it sat long enough to bleach the finish.Finally, I've also used the "peel and stick" tile flooring.

Several ceilings had acoustic tiles that all needed to be removed/replaced as they had soot on them.

Next time around we are going to hire someone to demo and tile.

With that being the case what do you suggest the basis of a quiet tile action would be? 

City came out and made me tear open walls and ceilings for an inspection..... turned out the footer boards weren't anchored to the slab properly for a full room with full tile roof etc and all that weight....ok for an enclosed patio....but not a full enclosed room....had to dig around entire foundation....drill through footer and do anchor bolts and poor new perimeter foundation......

Fast forward to 2018, the title company gives us a prelim tile report with lien from 2002 on it, but current owners say they were never notified of lien.
