General Contractor
Hello i have been a general contractor for thirteen years I started out in the trades (Framing, tile install, cabinets, decks, fences) and moved on to building houses from ground up and finally for the last seven years as a commercial General Contractor. I have vast experience from working with Trades People, Architects, Engineers and City Officials. Have done ground ups, developments from concept to completion. I am currently working on my dream of developing a particular type of community not many are aware of yet. So anyway I am just writing this to let you all know if you have any type of question feel free to ask me and I will do my best to answer it and if i don't know the answer I will tell you were you can find it.

@Kizzy Robb usually finding a good GC comes with experience. If you don't have any experience then it could turn out to be a nightmare for you, especially with multiple projects going on at once. Not saying its impossible, but its a lot to handle. Its always good to have friends and people you know in trades, but to expect them to show up and do the job in a timely manner is asking for too much. What ive found is, I know A LOT of people in every trade, and they are always willing to give me a hand. But its on their time.
As far as the repairs go, it would depend on the condition of the house. If one property has roof and window leaks, then you would want to repair the siding and the roof first. If you don't, then all that inside work will get ruined.
Good luck on your adventures!
