We are interested in purchasing commercial real estate (though not development), purchasing performing debt, asset based lending of any kind (We've loaned on artwork, aircraft, cars, etc.), and "show money" loans ( for projects that need to show cash in the bank).

We couldnt find our lot because there was no road, and the whole place was too overgrown for hiking (we also could obtain no map withuot apparently going to the courthouse).Yesterday we recieved, out of the blue, a "DEMAND FOR PAYMENT" from the homeowners association -They want arrears, plus 10% per annum interest - The whole thing amounts to almost $4000 and the land is worth about $1500 -We have received nothing about this "arrears" prior to now, and suddenly we are supposed to pay by July 31st or they will start legal action.
