I graduated from Kansas State University in May, 2003 after earning a degree in Construction Science and Management. I have since gained invaluable knowledge of the construction industry working as a General Contractor. My goal is to build a company buying and flipping homes. I do not have much experience in real estate and I am hoping to find some usefull tips here.
