Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since we turned in our sec 8 tenant request papers at the Sec 8 office. They have not been responding back to our phone messages or emails.  We fear we will become homeless.

I maybe could see a part timer doing it, that person who has a full time W2 job, and is an MLO on the side, and is an insurance agent, and is 3 other things -- that guy might.As someone doing this for a living, however...

Any other fees and process involved apart from the transfer fee by the title company.I googled and checked Legalzoom but can't find anything related to the a/m qns.
