Hi @Evelyn Brito majority of the time ill advise against FHA because most listing agent will advise their clients to take a conventional deal over FHA.

My opinion if it were me is if I had a network of people/vendors(family members or friends to keep an eye on it, contractors/handyman if any repairs were needed, a re agent for showings if needed and so on) and a online software for collecting rent etc then I’d be comfortable managing from a far.

If they do communicate and offer any substantial amount you are probably better off taking it and moving on even if its just a couple hundred bucks.
