Found out that the store sales for the main store were worst in the region, the roof needed some work, no drive through capability based on the lot design, and this part of town is not growing like the Western Side of Town.

There are duplexes still selling around 600-700k in Windsor-Essex region though they most are older buildings needing good renovations.

Moving is not an option because my family lives in the region and I value being close to them over money/property out of state.
