My experienced investors Please advice!!!!

Hello friends I'm looking for someone experienced with boilers and radiator heating systems in Niagara region in ontario. If you know someone please let me know!
Also most important I want your opinion as experienced investors about putting Tubular Foam Pipe Insulation over radiator pipes. Have you heard or know if this is a fire hazard? Because the rad pipes get really hot.
Safety first and I'd appreciate your feedback! Please help!
