I've been doing my research on the area and specific zips but I still have so many questions. 

cant agree on Park City. if i remember correctly, only 2 zip codes in Park city allow short term rentals. they require inspection for license and STR responsible party available by phone 24 hours a day. and prices there are pretty crazy. im sure there are better markets than that one.
