Hello,

I'm looking to buy a property in Cleveland, Oh with zip code 44110 for a rental investment, I'm wondering if anyone knows is it a good area for rental? Any thought would be helpful. I am not familiar with the area at all. Did talk to some real estate agents, but some of them told me it's a hit or miss thing.
