Is anyone else living in New York investing out of state and if so where are you investing?

Living in MA but traveling to all New England and New York (Upstate) areas often for work; figured to may be a way to know these markets?

Hi BP, I recently learned about a CEMA (Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreement), and from what i understand it is specific to New York State.

Hello BP community,   I am saving up for my first buy and hold property and I am trying to buy it in New York City(Specifically The Bronx and Queens) where I live.

A little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to a family that lived off of public assistance.

Would you recommend replacing the beams or is there some sort of restoration that is possible?
