We have created very clear and in depth advertisements that we have diligently been placing on auction web sites (yes eBay and others).

After countless hours and nights studying and playing with figures, reading horror stories and success stories, watching Flip This House and reading individual stories and hints and tips on this web page I took it all in and I think I did okay for my first time.

Most national firms have a spot on their web site where you can submit a site for consideration but I have never gotten a response other than an autoreply. 

I would also put in a rental agreement that you can find on one of the legal web sites that has legal docs.   

I will take advantage of the increased personal cash flow from the house hack to fund even more upcoming deals.I've spent the last week forming an LLC, creating a web presence, marketing presence, and tenant management site.
