Hi,

I'm pretty new to the real estate industry.  I've been writing music and making sounds for a living over the past 10 years.  I'm definitely intrigued by the idea of "financial freedom" through real estate, but I still have a lot to learn and experience.  I understand it's not an easy or quick road, but I figured at least being a part of this community on BiggerPockets will help me along the way.

Looking forward to sharing our learnings together and hopefully meeting some of you.

The LA real estate market is one of the best in my opinion. Lots of competition out there but people will never stop migrating to LA and SO CAL. The sun and weather is like a moth to a flame.

There are a lot of great people on here who can help so don't hesitate to ask us questions.
