Creating a website in my market "Buying Homes for Cash"

I wanted to ask because many of you have had success via this method and may have advice.

I am wanting to generate a website which targets those who would be willing to sell their homes for cash. The idea here is that the website will take their info and my partner and I will be able to sift through the properties in search of potential fix & flips. 

My question is "what web sites do you" and what is the best form of marketing for this?
