I would recommend picking a few and setting up brief calls to see the services they offer and what fits your needs.

My wife and I are able to move much more quickly when a lead comes in and she is able to make a solid offer quicker than we have in the past.  

To hear back from CMHA with a rent offer is 4 weeks, another week for first inspection, if it passes on the first try then its another week for contracting.
