You have a new cabin so it should be lower, but it's good to plan ahead for a new pool pump or hot tub pack or broken TV that needs replacing.How you value your time is up to you. 

I wouldn't recommend a series LLC, it's more than you need. 

For example, if someone plans to live in the home for 2-3 months, they will only need to be instructed on how to use the TV once.
