All of these also create a need for workers and many of these fit the target demographic of the ideal renter.If you are looking at the greater Kansas City area for investment purposes, this is an area that deserves attention and will not require that you wait 10 years while the area improves.Happy hunting.Paul Higbie

But this was almost 2 months ago now (1st buyer backed out of the deal so I had to re-list it) and prices have continued to grow in the mean time.So if I am understanding your explanation correctly, my agent should have provided the appraiser comps that are higher than the $240K we were shooting for, even if those comps were different, like being 4 bedroom SFRs and the appraiser would value down those comps to get to our target price.
