Do different lenders have different policies re. this matter?

The short answer is no.Loans Secured by Financial AssetsWhen a borrower uses his or her financial assets—life insurance policies, 401(k) accounts, individual retirement accounts, certificates of deposit, stocks, bonds, etc.

Based on the updated military fraternization policy (AR 600-20) there may be limiting factors, for example: an O4 cannot rent a room to an O3 although they are both officers, the O4 is considered a field grade while the O3 is company grade and that impacts personal and business relationships and transactions.

A well set Policy Packet should be part of the Lease.. in language... per Policy Packet.As well as addendum for Crime Free / Drug Free,  Lead Addendum, Pet, Security Deposit Agreement, move in condition check in sheet. to mention a few. 

Top down policies alone, no matter how progressive, are not enough to change the dynamic of a city without help from market forces and private investment.  

But I don't want to carry two policies, or is that the only way? 

I heard recently that Old Republic (home warranty company) recently changed their policy that if the condenser needs to be replaced, they'll also replace the matching handler at no additional fee.Any insight on the topic is much appreciated!

Be sure it is not a breed specifically prohibited by your insurance policy on the home as now the policies are starting to prohibit certain breeds. 

The key here is that the sales contract is not personal to the buyer under its terms or by its nature; if it is, then there can be no assignment by the purchaser.As explained by the Florida Supreme Court, real estate buyers will be allowed to assign (sell) their contracts to someone else whenever they choose to do so — unless (1) there is language in the contract that prohibits it in that particular deal; (2) if the assignment would violate public policy in some way; or (3) if it would violate some state or federal law or statute.One other possible limitation on assigning a real estate sales contract (assuming the contract is silent on the issue of it being assignable): it may not be assigned if the seller has agreed to sell to this particular buyer because of an explicit reliance upon that buyer’s personal credit to cover the transaction.
