I sent all the paperwork off to my title company today, but got a call this afternoon with some bad news. 

The reaction I got from delivering this news was surprise and that this person would check the account and call the bank.However, over the past 6 months, I have added up that there are over $3,000 of charges unrelated to association expenses.
