I am very motivated to have success  in my business. it gives me a lot of joy to know that there are so many young RE investors in the area. me and my business partner would like to meet up with some of u guys exchange ideas and network.

Risk/Reward and actual performance .. when you look at MF in the bigger deals buyers want trailing 1 or 2  you need a few years of actuals to see what U may think future will bring.. so think about that as well.and if it is not cash flowing enough.. just put a little more money down..
