Hi Sandra -- Do you hold dual/poly citizenship and/or Non-US tax residency?

Also pay attention to Agency law and be weary of the relationships you enter into with prospects. 

These are the companies that connect investors with the local real estate agencies in different countries and do all the market research for you.

Thought it was bad enough the C21 Broker (listing and selling, dual agent broker) never updated the listing when it Pending, In Contract, Nor Sold.2 weeks after we closed, agents and prospective buyers were walking onto the property and into while we were painting etc, saying they were just taking a brief look, asking for the owner, etc, so we notified the Broker to make sure update the listing as SOLD.Broker replied in December saying it would be updated.Now  into 2nd month following sale, C21 broker still has it For Sale on C21 website and the MLS.. which means going on 2mos of inquisitives knocking, walking all over the landscape, etc.

Some even have special agencies to handle landlord /tenant disputes.

It is voluntary to join BUT many agencies require that you join.

I also would like to say it seems some may be dealing directly with the listing agents which places them in a dual agency relationship.

In many cases two attorneys well versed in real estate agency law will differ on opinions as to the same set of circumstances; further minor differences in circumstances will result in different decisions.  

My question - Is it possible to just put a dual mail box in place of the single mail box?
