So we chose that route and repainted, added baseboards, refinished the bathroom cabinets, added granite to the kitchen and bathrooms, added used stainless appliances, and cleaned up the yard and house.

Maybe my perspective is a bit different because I've done customer service in different industries for 20 years before becoming a broker so I respond to everyone with kindness and respect despite what I may believe their position or resources may be.  

So great service to my customers is of utmost concern to me. 

We custom milled our Hardwood floors and our cedar decking from Oak and Cedar on our tree farm..... can't replace those or match them pretty cool

Has anyone noticed customers holding off their offers until others have begun to create a Pricing Bidding war.  

I had hoped it would help them customize the place and settle in and stay long term...Just the opposite was the case...Sure enough, it was not a good fit from the start and never was no matter what color they made the wall.

If I was your agent I'd drop you as a customer.

About 12 years ago , prior to home inspectors being licensed in Md , I had a customer who had a home inspection from hell .

And I don't think you can have a guaranteed customer service in a sector like this.

The one thing I am happy about is that they have such a large customer base that they were able to find qualified tenants right away.What has your experience been with Intercoastal and Network?
