I am having problems with submitting multiple offers

I am new to investing and I have been able to secure financing for my first deal. The problem I am having is my agent cannot handle the volume of offers that I tell him to make. Should I become my own agent? is there anyway that I can submit more offers faster without it being too time-consuming for my agent?

@JD Martin so are you saying I should not be submitting as much offers anymore how will I find a deal if I am submitting one offer a week? Just curious on how I should approach this ?

If you see so many deals out there that you find it necessary to submit that many offers, either your criteria is too broad or your 'deals' are not deals at all. Once you know your market well, and know what segment of the market you want to serve, it should be fairly simple to whittle down the list of possibilities to between one and a few that will serve nicely, and concentrate on those. There's nothing wrong with submitting a low offer if you have rationale for that offer, can communicate that to your agent (and thus to the seller), and have something to offer in return - cash offer, or a quick closing, or no contingencies, etc.
