Just wondering if you can help me settle an argument with my husband about what to do with our rental property we have in city park. 

Do not expect to get any help/support from them though they outsource their customer service and those dudes don't understand certain "need to know" info like criteria.  

The size I need (29 x36) is a custom order, but I would have to wait 35 days, which puts us into June, at which point I want that place rented already. 

We were constantly getting more efficient panels and batteries such that when we went to provide warranty service on a customer three years later, the old technology wasn't even available to replace some components with.  

I called a title company and you should ask for customer service, you will simply ask them if they can put together a list for you and they will say yes or no and if it is free or not. 

I was surprised but his argument seemed to be sound. 

I used to work in Fishtown near the border of Kensington and my travels would take me through there occasionally or I'd hear stories from customers from over that way.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, but not sure why he would pay market rent and then give me more money to hold.

One option might be to pre-market to local real estate agents - if you can line up a buyer interested in a pool, they can have a custom pool.
