There are some really nice looking floors under all this dirt and that kitchen will get an island, all new cabinets, a utility room added and french doors leading out to a deck. 30 days is a really tight time frame but I'm pulling out all the stops to meet the deadlines.

First in order the bones(roof,plumbing,electrical,and drywall repairs or replacement).Second,exterior paint and landscaping to create buzz and excitement for upcoming open house(alert brokers home will be available soon).Third,interior paint,flooring, new cabinets and appliances,new fixtures,etc.Fourth,host brokers open only to advertise new listing and get advice to fix what you did wrong.Last,host open house and wait for the offers to start flying your way!
