If you purchase an empty lot, approximately how much does it cost to build a house per square foot and how long should it take?

@Account Closed there are so many variables that there is no absolute answer to your question. 

Which architect are you using

Which GC are you using 

Are the soil reports done on the property already or is that another cost and variable you are unfamiliar with 

What kind of material do you want to use 

I can go on but I'm sure you get the idea. 

If this is for you, you can choose any style and budget that realistically works for you.. if you are doing it to sell the clientele in South Pasadena is very intelligent and appreciates quality work and craftsmanship. (Ie you wouldn't use vinyl flooring/ Pirch would be your go to appliance store over Home Depot)
