i would say it should be the same for a normal home ownerwater heater, roof, gutters, paint, HVAC (you mentioned and make sure filters getting changed), plumbing, check your deckthink you would have a hard time getting tenants to pay for these unless they broke them. but i yield to the more experienced here

I just closed on one in Detroit and I jumped on this thread because the other day I was doing some light research on Traverse City; the data looked pretty good and the yields ('cash flow' in US-speak?)

Keep in mind, these guys are getting called 3x+ per day from dipshit Marcus brokers fresh out of school who don't know a doorknob from a debt yield (trust me, I used to be one!).
