Hello everyone. my wife and I are looking to purchase an investment property for rental purposes under 350k, and would like to see which zip codes have better potential to cover the mortgage and yields us some profit.We are very strict about the tenants we choose, so it is not highest rents offered; we care a lot about the overall profile of the tenant and the rent offered.

i would say it should be the same for a normal home ownerwater heater, roof, gutters, paint, HVAC (you mentioned and make sure filters getting changed), plumbing, check your deckthink you would have a hard time getting tenants to pay for these unless they broke them. but i yield to the more experienced here
