In general the web-based software works well, and I feel it is very useful for running the rental business.

I had a couple SFR rentals in the past and have purchased a number of primary residences over the years.I am open to exploring different options in REI to see what suits my personality and skill set with the ultimate goal of buying and holding the right properties for long-term passive income.I stumbled upon BP surfing the web and am glad to be here!

I would be fore warned... although as I always say, maybe I am wrong and this is some rich group of non tech folks with lots of money to lend to the world who just so happen to have pretty crappy web design skills
