Possible deal-Home owner backs up to new subdivision and the subdivison is running water on to his property and it is ending up in his basemnet when it rains hard and has caused a mold problem.

You really want to focus on the mechanical systems (roof, heat, electric, water)Just ask your lender about prepayment penalties... some have them, some don't.

Now all of them come with a standard fax modem and you can send or recieve fax from your computer and had I known it at the time I would have had the thing invented and be billionaire now but so would I when I thought of canning water for pop machines when I had my first drink of city water and felt so bad for them poor folks that never had country mountain spring.

Owner also pays water, trash etc, and insurance and taxes are probably not low.In general I've found that MLS listed properties are not listed for below market prices, but further checking might prove this to be a good opportunity for you.BTW, from what I've seen in the Bay Area, some of that $150K gain you've seen in two years is probably "borrowed" appreciation from the next 3 years.
