@Drew AdamOnce you close, I would meet/talk to the tenants and let them know that you will need a new application (I would not charge them) and vet them like any new tenant.

Robert, couple things, she has not checked any boxes that says she will supply Lead paint pamphlets to tenants, your house is too new for lead paint, but should be an automatic thing. you are also going to be charged for credit checks of prospective tenants, this should be charged to people as an application fee. i still say look for another PM,
