I am in the VERY early stages of real estate investing of working on formulating a plan so that I can get started and take action, however saving up for the first property seems very cloudy to me and almost a little impossible due to the amount of money that needs to be saved up in order to do things smart.

Not only on stage (though that's important), what I really value is that BP's events give people greater access to these speakers both at the event and online after the fact via the platform.

Just don't see how several of your questions can be answered in one-line like you say.Example: Talk me through the full life-cycle of a tenant, touching on any fees associated with a particular stage or function (ex: advertising, onboarding, lease, renewal, move-out)BTW - they are great questions:)

Through this process the deposit and the buyers premium become one and the same... and the auctioneer's fees are fully protected.In your case it sounds as though you're making a pre-auction offer, so it wouldn't make sense to make the deposit in stages... it would all be collected up front, and the auction company obtains the same security.Regarding purchaser default, yes the deposit would be forfeited.
