I'm back again... .... first I don't have a contract on the house, but I have my cancel check where I paid off the second mortgage and numerous hate mail talking about the contract and all the family knows about it. 2 weeks ago I told him the university here talked to the 2 neighbors on one side of me and bought the house on the other side and that there is a very strong possibility that they will buy this, they are waiting for the funding.
