I feel like we could, I am only uncertain of what the occupancy rate would be.

For those asking about location, it'll be in the knoxville area (potentially smokies or adjacent mountain accessible areas) and will be doing several smaller 400-900 sq ft units (new builds) on a 5-10 acre lot, and I will be bringing the great styling, photography, marketing, and amenities :)  I was actually assuming worse vacancy in the beginning, but this is reaffirming my feeling that what is hurting is large and dated rentals. 

The issue is that a train track runs behind it and the vibration is horrible (literally feels like an earthquake day and night).

Wondering what peoples thoughts were on opportunities outside of Columbus currently and how you feel the next few years will look.

I feel like my consistency and discipline over the past 5 years is truly what has led me to where I am today.
