Rental opportunities outside of Columbus

Posted

Hello BP,

Long time listener, first time caller. Recently started a new job in Plain City. Wondering what peoples thoughts were on opportunities outside of Columbus currently and how you feel the next few years will look. Seems everything is heading west.

There are some great opportunities in Cincinnati and Cleveland. Columbus will likely see the fastest appreciation just based on the rate the city is growing, but in Cleveland you will see high cash-flow and Cincinnati is a great mix of both.

I should've worded that better. I meant outside as in surrounding Columbus. With all the development in Columbus, where are they heading next? I know amazon is building west of Columbus.
